Tagine D’atlas (Vegetarian) Artichoke hearts, green peas, potatoes and carrots in lemon sauce served with rice.

Kabob Combo Charbroiled Chicken and Lamb skewers served with rice and veggies.

Chicken au Saffron½ Cornish hen with potatoes and olives in lemon saffron sauce served with rice.

Lamb M’Kela Lamb shank braised in a garlic coriander sauce with sautéed veggies and rice.

Beef Potato Tagine Braised beef with potatoes and kalamata olives in saffron sauce served with rice.

Oregano Beef Tagine Braised beef with zucchini in oregano sauce served with rice.

Grilled Wild Cod Alaskan Cod grilled, topped with capers and green olives sauce. Served with sautéed veggies and rice.
